The contract

These terms govern purchases from [Company legal name] through this website. An order is accepted when we send the dispatch confirmation; an order confirmation acknowledges receipt only. We may cancel an order before dispatch if an item is unavailable, mispriced or cannot be delivered to your address, in which case you are refunded in full.

Prices and payment

Products are sold for use in accordance with local laws, which differ by location and are the rider’s responsibility to check.

Returns, warranty and liability

Returns and warranty claims are handled as described on the Returns & Refunds and Warranty Information pages. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory consumer rights.

Governing law
