Delivery transparency
Shipping & Delivery
Where we ship, how long it takes, what it costs and how batteries are handled — before you order.
We would rather you knew exactly how delivery works before you order than find out at checkout. This page explains destinations, timing, costs, tracking, international delivery and the special rules that apply to lithium batteries. The figures shown in the “Confirmed details” panel are managed by the store and updated as our carriers change.
Processing and dispatch
Orders are processed in the order they arrive. Scooters are unboxed, inspected, updated where the manufacturer has released firmware, and charged to a safe shipping level before being repacked. You receive a dispatch email with the carrier name and tracking number the moment the parcel is scanned.
Delivery estimates
Delivery windows depend on the destination and the shipping method. The estimates shown on product pages and in the panel on this page are typical windows for each shipping zone we serve; the exact options and cost for your address are calculated at checkout from the shipping zones configured in the store.
Shipping costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout by weight, destination and method. Scooters ship as large, heavy parcels and may use a different carrier from small accessories; the checkout shows every available option with its price before you pay.
Order tracking and notifications
Every shipment is tracked. Use the Order Tracking page with your order number and email, or the link in your dispatch email. You will be notified when the order is received, when it is dispatched and, where the carrier supports it, when it is out for delivery.
International delivery
We deliver only to destinations enabled in our shipping zones. If your country is not offered at checkout, we cannot currently ship there, usually because of battery transport rules or carrier coverage. We do not accept orders for forwarding addresses when the product contains a lithium battery.
Customs, duties and taxes
For deliveries outside the store’s home tax jurisdiction, import duties, VAT or GST and carrier brokerage fees may be charged by the destination country before delivery. Unless the checkout states that duties are included, these are payable by the recipient and are not refundable if a parcel is refused.
Lithium battery shipping restrictions
Electric scooter batteries are regulated as dangerous goods (UN 3480 / UN 3481). They cannot travel by ordinary air mail, must ship with approved carriers and documentation, and some destinations or island regions cannot be served at all. Spare batteries have stricter limits than batteries installed in a scooter. This is why battery products can have longer delivery windows and fewer shipping options.
Delivery exceptions
Remote areas, islands, PO boxes, military addresses and freight forwarders may be excluded or carry a surcharge, and carriers may require a signature for high-value items. Severe weather and peak-season volumes can extend delivery windows; we will tell you if your order is affected.
Damaged or delayed deliveries
Inspect the outer box before signing where possible and note any damage with the driver. If the contents are damaged, photograph the box, the packaging and the item and contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can open a carrier claim and arrange a replacement. If tracking has not moved for several business days past the estimate, contact us and we will chase the carrier on your behalf.
Returning a delivery
Return procedures, eligibility and refund timing are set out on the Returns & Refunds page. Please do not send an item back without a return authorisation; battery products must be returned with the carrier and packaging we specify.
