Warranty Information

Template language — review and edit this page to reflect your actual terms before launch. Square-bracketed items must be replaced.

Warranty terms differ by product and manufacturer. The warranty that applies to a specific item is stated in its specifications; this page explains how warranties generally work in our store and how to make a claim.

What is typically covered

  • Manufacturing defects in the frame, motor, controller, display and electronics for the period stated on the product page (commonly 12–24 months).
  • Battery packs for the period stated on the product page (commonly 6–12 months), usually against failure rather than gradual capacity loss.
  • Accessories and parts for [12] months against manufacturing defects.

What is typically excluded

  • Wear items: tires, inner tubes, brake pads, grips, bearings, decks and bulbs.
  • Damage from crashes, water ingress beyond the stated rating, overloading, modification, unapproved chargers or accessories, and neglect.
  • Normal battery capacity loss over time and damage from storing a battery fully discharged.
  • Commercial, rental or fleet use unless a commercial warranty was agreed in writing.

How to make a claim

  1. Contact us with your order number, the scooter’s serial number, a description of the fault and photos or a short video.
  2. We diagnose remotely where possible. Many faults are solved with a replacement part shipped to you, or a firmware update.
  3. If the item must be inspected, we provide a return authorisation and shipping instructions. Battery products must travel with an approved carrier.
  4. Repairs or replacements under warranty are carried out at no charge. Where a manufacturer handles warranty directly, we tell you up front and help you through the process.

Manufacturer warranties

We do not claim manufacturer warranties or authorised-dealer status that we do not hold. Where a product is covered by the manufacturer’s own warranty, the product page says so and links to the manufacturer’s published terms.
